COURSE CONTENT:

We cover alot of theory and practical work, observations, discussions, real life college experiences and education within this course. 

Unit 3001: Understanding roles, responsibilities in Education and Training. 

Unit 3020: Planning to Meet the needs of learners in Education and Training. 

Unit 3021: Delivering Education and Training.

Unit 3022: Assessing learners in Education and Training.

Unit 3023: Using resources for Education & Training.

There is a number of Optional units we need to complete in this qualification and we also offer Free days training in our 8 days to ensure you are very understanding all and confident and competent within all.

• Allure Tips & Tricks of running a college.
• Allure paper work viewing to see what we use, how we conduct classes. 
• Work Experience in our colleges.
• Hands on Practical Experience in public speaking, in training and in confidence. 
• Liaise with your Tutor Joan in between classes. 
• Full explanation on each unit in class,  as suppose to being all self paced. 
• You can add on our additional assessor award for a discounted fee.

• Experience and skill in Hairdressing, Barbering, Make up, Beauty, Fitness and Complimentary Therapies.
• Refill pad , pens, Ring binder x 2. 
• Computer and Printer. ( Home use) .
• Be able to work and use email.
• Education and Training Book.

You can progress in any of our part time advanced skilled courses or you can also look at sitting your 

• Senior Trade Course.( Mandatory for Most Hairdressing colleges).
• ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing.
• You can also add on your Assessment award for a discounted fee.

• ITEC certification in Education & Training.
• Allure Midland College of Hair Make up & Beauty.
